Enter those two pieces of information into the fields on this page and you will immediately see your order details, including the items purchased, the shipping method selected, and the most recent tracking update.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking number is generated and linked to your order record. The tracking information updates automatically as the carrier scans your package at each transit point, so you can follow its journey from our facility to your doorstep. Most carriers update their scan data several times per day, providing a reasonably accurate picture of where your package is at any given moment.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building's reception area, or any secondary delivery location the carrier may have used. In the event that the package truly cannot be found, please contact us through the contact page so we can open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
For orders that have not yet shipped, the lookup tool will display the current processing status along with an estimated dispatch date. During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer than usual, but we always strive to get orders out the door as quickly as possible.
